The Canterbury Men’s Centre provides low cost/no cost counselling for men.

How does it work? You meet with one of our workers for about an hour and we find out what you want to work on and who would be best for you. Then assuming it is all go we line you up with the counsellor.

Our counsellors are a mix of recent graduates and counselling students.

Hours: This is a time of change for us but our times generally run from 2-9pm.

We are still developing this service but the feedback from the 100 men that have used it so far is that it was great for them.
