Dire Circumstances
If the client is struggling financially we can look at other arrangements with management to cater for special cases, like cheaper rates to see a senior student counsellor.
Cancellations
A 24hr notice needed for session cancellations. Same-day cancellations incur charges, except for emergencies per counselor discretion.
Weekends & Evenings
Minimum fee: $75. Initial weekend or evening sessions suggested at $75 but not a barrier if it's a hardship.
Opening Hours
Contact 9-5, Mon-Fri for initial appointments. After 5 pm incurs an extra cost. Ongoing counselling from 8 am to 9:30 pm, Mon-Fri, and weekends too.
Discontinue Of Service
We may cancel or deny service for client misuse, including non-payment, minimal engagement with counselor, and non-communication on cancellations. Any problems will be communicated.
StudyLink
For students, there is also a Disability Allowance with StudyLink that can be claimed for counselling.
Waiting List
We typically meet with the individual within the first week, or sometimes sooner, depending on his availability.
WINZ Disability Allowance
You might qualify for the WINZ Disability Allowance, which can assist in covering your counselling expenses. we will help you through the process.
